I have a sore throat, headaches, body aches, dry cough, and some chest pain a few weeks after having unprotected sex are these symptoms of hiv?

It is possible, especially if the partner was positive. Can also be just a viral infection that effects the upper respiratory tract. Would go see a primary care doctor
It could be many conditions including something as benign as an upper respiratory infection. Most very early HIV is actually asymptomatic. If you have any concern, always get tested.
