If I take Aleve for the first time will it cause me problems?

It depends on your medical history. If you have high blood pressure or gastric reflux or bleeding problems it is best to avoid Aleve or Advil. If not the max dose is 2 weeks. You may experience some mild stomach upset so take it with food.
