Testicular pain and low libido?

I am a 37 year old male, I've had trouble with a low sex drive (it's been over 2 years now). I've had a blood test done that came back normal my testosterone level was around 370 ng/dl. I've also been experiencing this dull ache in my testicles (especially when I bend over or sit down) that travels up into my lower abdomen.

Men with CSP should be aware of the twin prongs of the chronic pain condition associated with a reduced QoL and reduced interest in sex as well as the sexual activity itself being associated with increasing pain. Does this occur when the bladder is full? Try to empty your bladder more frequently and see what happens.
You may need to get the full profile of testosterone. “Free, total, and bioavailable.” This has nothing to do with the pain in the testicles. You need a scrotal ultrasound to evaluate the testicles and epididymis to rule out the cause of the testicular pain. In the meantime you should wear supportive underwear.
