Tingling in my scalp?

I am feeling a little bit of tingling on my scalp. It could be because I brushed it so much. I see no redness and no sores. What could this be?

Tingling on your scalp can happen for a few reasons:

Brushing too much: This can irritate your scalp.
Dry skin: Dryness on the scalp can cause tingling.
Thyroid issue: Since you have hypothyroidism, it can sometimes affect your scalp and cause tingling.
Nerve irritation: Sometimes nerves in your scalp can get irritated.
If it’s not getting worse, it’s probably not a big problem. But if it continues or hurts, you might want to see a doctor.

Does not seem important. Try to be more gentle on your scalp while brushing.

Please see your dermatologist.
