I think I have a torn abdominal muscle and it has been hurting for three days and it hurts to breathe, move, and touch my stomach.

Get an ultrasound to check for rectus sheath hematoma. And wear an abdominal binder for 4 weeks, which may help.
Proper history and examination is required before any further decisions and investigations and treatment is considered. It may be only constipation.
