I have yellow eyes, my pee is dark yellow, and some things are dark brown/yellow. My poop is like a tan color. I am on antibiotics.

I would be concerned that you may have liver damage from pain medication or the antibiotics. It's also possible you have an atypical infection (sexually transmitted or otherwise). You should see a doctor as soon as possible.
If the white part of your eyes are yellow, it is a condition called jaundice. It means that your bilirubin is high and is a sign of liver inflammation/disease. You should seek medical care immediately.
