Ultrasound opinion?

I am 23 and I have been bleeding for 2 months have been previously diagnosed with interstitial cystitis and looking for an opinion on this ultrasound.

Female | 23 years old
Complaint duration: 2 months
Medications: Mesalamine Dr 1.2g, Elmiron 100 mg, Macrobid,100mg, Clonidine 0.1 mg, Methylphenidate 54mg, Divigel 1 mg, Mirena IUD, Fluvoxamine ER 100mg and 25mg, Omeprazole DR 40mg, VitaminD2 50,000 Units
Conditions: Turner Syndrome, Colitis, Gastritis, Acid Reflux with Esophagitis, Interstitial Cystitis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Eczema, Childhood Asthma, OCD, ADD

Ultrasound images look overall normal from the limited view. The major sonographic finding with interstitial cystitis is a thickened bladder wall. This can be a very frustrating condition as it can literally take weeks to months of antibiotics to resolve. If you haven’t seen a urologist, perhaps now it’s time.
