“Upper back pain?”
I had this problem for quite a while now, when I tilt my head back my upper back hurts. Any recommendations or fixes to this problem?

Get a proper evaluation. Not just an exam and standard x-rays but also x-rays called flexion and extension x-rays of the neck. One of the most commonly missed diagnoses in the cervical spine is hypermobility where the bones are moving too much versus not enough.
