“Vaginal discharge?”
Thick cream-like discharge with a bad odor and white vaginal opening.

From the description of the discharge character, it needs to be evaluated with sampling as it could possibly be a lingering STD such as Gonorrhea, trichomonas, or chlamydia if sexually active and/or something that is not an STD that comes from a change in the pH balance of the vaginal environment called Bacterial vaginosis. These conditions need to be rectified with specific antibiotic treatment.
Yeast is common. It is easy to check on it with your Doctor. I recommend it particularly if it is bothering you.
