Sorry you are having problems, but please make an appointment to see a board certified OBGYN where you live for proper diagnosis and treatment as you have different issues and your back pain is probably not related to the irritation and itching, but a good gynecologist will do a proper work up and refer you to another specialist if he or she thinks she can't treat the back pain.
