“Vaginal issues?”
So I am having a creamy discharge with mild cramping. I have issues with bv and yeast infections and had chlamydia last year. Not sure what is going on. I also have a cold that won’t go away.

My goodness, you do have a few problems. My sympathy is for you. You appear to be coping well. Just make sure you are seeing an Ob-Gyn, not a Family Practice or Primary Care doctor for these problems. Even if your practitioner is a woman that doesn’t mean she is an expert in gynecology. As a matter of fact that usually means she has only one frame of view herself.

If you have had a history of infections you really need to be seen and examined to have tests run and determine the appropriate medication, it isn’t possible to diagnose just based on symptoms.
I suggest you get testing done with your gym or with your urgent care center.
