“Vomiting”
My son has been getting sick for 3 non consecutive days now. He goes about his daily routine, he plays with his younger brothers, eats well is fine during the day but at night when he goes to bed sleep for a while then randomly wake up and throw up everywhere.

If he seems fine otherwise, give it a bit more time - if it persists, has him see his pediatrician.
