“Wart with no sexual contact?”

I’m a 19 year old male. About a year ago I noticed a wart-like object on the head of my genital. It appeared suddenly and is a flesh-like color. If you look closely there is a small black dot in the middle. I have no clue what this is and it isn’t very large, it hasn’t changed size since I first saw it. I thought it was a pimple at first, but it appears not to be as it’s been there for so long. I left it there thinking it would resolve on its own, but I do not want it on there anymore as it is starting to be worrying. It isn’t large. I have never had sexual contact before, so I don’t know what it is.
