What OTC pain reliever to take?

What OTC pain reliever can I give to someone with heart problems (2 heart attacks in the past year), end-stage kidney failure who just recently started on dialysis (the kind where they hooked up to his jugular in his neck/shoulder) 2 times a week, diabetic and high blood pressure? Today, he had to have the catheter relocated to the left side and he's in pain from that. He says it hurts worse than the first time he had it put in.

Dear Patient,

I would use Tylenol 325mg for several doses; if still in pain, then try 500mg tabs to max dose of 3000 to 4000mg daily.

Respectfully,
