There are many dry eye products for post-Lasik dry eyes including Genteal, Refresh, Systane, Refresh Optive, Biotrue, Optive, Blink, and Theratears to name a few. Please be aware that there have been some serious issues with over-the -counter eye drops, so my best recommendation to you would be to please consult your eye doctor who did the LASIK surgery. They know your eyes the best and they should be recommending and prescribing an eye drop for you. Good luck and best wishes.

Usually systane or refresh work well
