There are a lot of pressure points in the feet. You can find chart maps online that show the meridians, acupuncture points and Chinese massage areas.
There are many pressure points in your foot.

Pressure points on the foot belong to the kidney, urinary bladder, spleen, stomach, liver and gall bladder meridians along with what we reference to as medial and lateral extra channels (yin/yang qiao). Reflexologists also have their own reflexology anatomy of various organs along the plantar aspect of the foot. Physical therapists will refer to any tender point along the foot as a ‘trigger point’ that they can use to treat/massage. Acupuncturists also use these tender points and call them ah shi points that can be used as acupuncture points. Please consult with your primary to see if alternative therapy would be an option for you.
There are dozens of pressure points on the foot between acupuncture points and reflexology points. You can find maps of them online.

Best,

There are many, many pressure points in the foot. You can google a reflexology map of the foot.

There are probably 30-50 on your feet.
You can find the chart of foot reflexology or the chart of foot acupuncture points online to practice. If there is a sore, there is a need to massage. A healthy person should not have any soreness on the feet.

There are lots of pressure points on your foot, for example, the edge from foot hill to the baby toe, there are at least 7 points on there. So suggest you to get an acupuncture book to read it, you will find them.
There are several acupuncturen (over 30) and reflexology points in your foot that serve many different purposes.
Acupuncture and Chinese medicine are built around a systems theory model of the human organism rather than a reductionistic one. The acupuncture points in the feet and low limbs are used for a wide variety of issues, not just problems with the feet and low limbs. There are 6 primary channels and 6 of the 12 extraordinary vessels either run to the feet or are accessed from points on the feet or low limbs. These points can be used to treat everything from head and facial pain, to internal organ issues like acid reflux, to menstrual issues, to more local issues like foot pain/weakness.

Only considering the 6 primary channels that either start or end on the feet, there are roughly 33 acupuncture points. Depending on the acupuncture system and source material, we could probably add another 4-6 extraordinary points which puts us very near 40 recognized points on the feet. This does not account for anything that reflexology might add to the mix. In order to answer your question, I'd need a great deal more information.
