I had a root canal 1 month ago and it hurts now. What are the signs of a failed root canal?

Tooth sensitivity or root canal pain when biting down.
A pimple or boil on the jaw.
Discoloration of the tooth.

Tenderness in the gum tissue near where the root canal was performed.
