Lately it has been painful when I pee. I know that this can also be caused by STDs but I always use protection. What are the symptoms of a UTI? How are they treated?

UTIs in males are uncommon, unless there is an infection, including STDs as well as diseases of the urethra, bladder, or prostrate.
Luckily - all you have to do is pee and then it can be determined if you have an STI
