Psychiatrist Questions Psychiatrist

What are the treatment options for anxiety?

I get angry very easily lately. Should I treat it or will it go on its own?

Medication and therapy
You may want to start out with a therapist to learn anger management skills and if that doesn't work then be evaluated by a psychiatrist.
Working with a therapist to learn anger management techniques which might also include relaxation training is an excellent option and will be with you for life.

Regarding medications there are many medications which may help, all are off label uses:
SSRI's such as Prozac (fluoxetine)
Buspirone
Antipsychotic medications in low dose
Beta-blockers such as propranolol
Good luck,
