What are these tiny white pieces I am spitting up?

I keep coughing up these little white pieces and would like to know what they are? Something to do with my tonsils?

Most likely those are something called tonsil lists that are combination of food particles with bacteria that gets trapped in small encrypted holes and the tonsil like material in the size of the back of your throat and sometimes are the cause of bad breath so it would be wise to do some gargling and look in the mirror and check to see if you see any of those little white pockets of trapped material
Please see a dentist. This is hardened plaque.
These look like tonsilloliths or tonsil stones. Bacterial colonization of decaying matter (food/skin) trapped in pits called crypts. Only solution that’s absolute is removing the tonsils. Otherwise, gargles, time and deal with them
It looks much like a tonsil stone. These are bits of food that get trapped in your tonsils and are partially digested by saliva. The saliva is not meant to completely digest anything, so the particles dry up or become gelatinous and can have an odor that causes bad breath despite brushing the teeth regularly. They are usually incidental and not harmful, but can cause discomfort or social anxiety due to the bad breath. In those cases, ENT consultation would be warranted.
