Blood group A have been associated with increased risk of cancer, and blood type O is associated with less risk for Cancer. In addition, type O blood carriers are more resistant to diseases. A blood study done by Shimizu and Colleagues found that group B was associated with longevity. In addition, group A7 and group O9 are associated with longevity.
There is no correlation between blood type and hematologic malignancies.

I am not aware of any specific blood type that would increase your chances of getting blood cancer. Just remember types are the most common types of blood.
