Eating an anti-inflammatory diet may help ease the pains in your joints. Make sure you see your primary and get worked up for joint disease like osteoarthritis.
Maintaining a healthy weight is the best thing for joints. Depending on if it's arthritis related or not, there are possibly injections that could help alleviate the pain for a time or NSAID's.
First, have you seen your doctor for a diagnosis? Joint pain is usually caused by something, ex., overuse of the joints like exercising more. Or it can be more serious like arthritis etc. I recommend anti-inflammatory cream such as Voltaten, but you may require a prescription. I have no idea if you are on current medications, but an X-ray would not go amiss. Rule out any arthritis. Of course, I do not like you to have radiation of any kind, but ascertain a diagnosis. It is so important, then treatment is much more effective. I am very holistic and do not like chemicals. You do not mention how long you have had the joint pain or where it is, and you are young. You could also see a physiotherapist to check out mobility in the joint.
Ideally, you should be evaluated by a PMR physician to assess what treatment option is best for you depending on severity of pain, your medical conditions, your capacity to walk independently or with use of an assistive device. There are many options, but generally you want to start with a more conservative approach.
