I have high eye pressure. What can you do at home to lower eye pressure?

Use the prescribed medications regularly
Maintain good general heath. Some regular exercise appears to be related to a somewhat lower eye pressure over time, but these are not large investigations. While certain head-down body positions can temporarily increase eye pressure, these do not appear to increase long term eye pressure. Good resources for additional information include www.aao.org as well as the May Clinic websites.

Drink less caffeine, exercise, eat green leafy vegetables. Frank Cao
Unfortunately not much. Your best bet is see your ophthalmologist regularly to check your eye pressure and take any prescribed medications as directed.
