My son is 9 years old, and he has been experiencing frequent urination. What can be the cause?

Too many caffeine drinks and too many high sugar drinks can cause frequent urination. Is there pain on urination? If so, this may be a urinary tract infection. Diabetes can cause frequent urination and even bed wetting when he had previously been dry.
