Too vague a question, could do nothing, could bond or could require periodontal surgery.
If the root is exposed it may cause pain and in this case you may need to have a root canal treatment
You must see a dentist to diagnose why you have root exposed and treat accordingly.
I would recommend you make an appointment to see a dentist so that the area can be examined and the correct treatment recommendation can be determined. Depending upon the amount of root exposure, options can vary from no treatment, gingival graft, extraction, or more. Again, make a dental appointment to determine the best recommendation for you.
Hope this helps.

You may not have to do anything. It would depend on whether you are having pain or not, or if there is an esthetic consideration.
If you are currently asymptomatic without esthetic concerns, you may have to do nothing other than watch the progression of recession. If you have sensitivity or it looks really bad, a gingival graft may be recommended. Usually a periodontist may make that decision.
It will depend on how much is exposed. If need be, a minor surgical procedure can be done to cover the exposed root surface. A periodontist can usually help you.
Ask a dentist to evaluate it. You are too young to have a root exposure.
