“What do you recommend for vaginal dryness?”
Hi I had a robotic myomectomy in January 2016 at age 34 almost 35 I removed 2 fibroids, one in the uterine wall and one outside the uterus. Prior to having the surgery I used to have a waterfall in my vagina I was always wet and can go for a long time when having sex. After the surgery I started feeling discomfort while having sex and I will start sex off moist and wet ready to go but in the middle of the session I start feeling discomfort and then the dryness. I am now 37 turning 38, what would you recommend?

Have a gynecologist check your hormones and check vaginal discharge to rule out any infection.
