I have a very small amount of red blood after a few weeks of irritation.

Get it checked - could be infection or lesion which needs path check
Normally a sacral dimple does not poses a problem. Keep the area clean and wash and dry well. If the area is irritated it can bleed and you should find out why is the area irritating. an eczema? dry skin? etc. this can be remedied.
