“What does this lump mean?”
I have a lump on the back end of my sack towards the butt. It's been some time, I've just recently been feeling towards the area, nothing painful. It feels hardened, it's slightly bigger and has grown over time.

Without a physician exam, I can not say. I would recommend an in person office visit to evaluate this lump.
Most likely a sebaceous cyst but have a medical doctor look at it and confirm. Good luck!
Could be a skin sebaceous cyst. My recommendation is to see your primary care doctor first and/or a urologist sooner than later.
