What exercises not to do with bad knees?

I am a 43 year old male. I want to know what exercises not to do with bad knees?

Do all exercises
Deep squats, lunges, seated knee extensions are the biggest ones to avoid.
Leg extension. Treadmill.

Depends on your knee issue like meniscus or ligament tear, arthritis, instability, mal-alignment.... Range of motion and strengthening exercises are always good, though.
Deep squats are the worst for knee problems. That includes any deep knee extension under load (against weight).
