What exercises should be avoided after ankle surgery?

I had ankle surgery 4 days ago. I want to know what exercises should be avoided after ankle surgery?

Avoid all exercise until cleared by the surgeon, please address this with your surgeon.
Depends on the kind of ankle surgery that you had. Your surgeon should be able to guide you regarding exercises that are safe.
After you have fully recovered from ankle surgery, depending on what type of surgery it was, you should be able to return to all of your activities. You may require a couple of months of Physical Therapy after full physiologic recovery from the surgery prior to returning to full activity level and exercise.
YOU SHOULD NOT EVEN THINK OF EXERCISING FOR A WHILE, AT LEAST A MONTH, AND AFTER THAT, WILL DEPEND ON THE RESULT OF THE SURGERY.
You should be having that conversation with your surgeon. “Ankle surgery” is very vague and could be several different surgeries.

Depends on the type and amount of time since surgery. Should be explained by surgeon.
This would depend what procedure was performed. I recommend you discuss with your foot and ankle surgeon for specifics
This is a critical question to ask your surgeon. It really depends on the type of surgery you have had, either on the tendons (and which tendon) or on the bones (and which bone) to determine which type of exercise to avoid or that would be safe.
