I have digestive problems and want to have a healthy diet. What foods to avoid if you have gastrointestinal problems?

Sorry but I need more detail. Not sure what you mean by "GI problems". A healthy diet is any well balanced diet that is good for your heart, e.g. Mediterranean diet. A diet that is good for your heart is good for your intestines.
