Your chest can lose breast projection and/or sagging may take its course. If you have very large implants, you’ll feel lighter.
It depends on so many factors - the size of your implants, the length of time they have been in place, weight gain/loss since they have been in place, etc.
Generally speaking, most patients are very unhappy with their appearance following implant removal alone. Your surgeon should counsel you and offer multiple options.
That is a tricky question. It depends on how large the implants are. If they are small then the only thing that changes is your bra size. If they are larger, some patients may need to have a lift done at the time the implants are removed.
Excellent question, but the answer depends on many variables, such as how large the implants are relative to your native breast tissue, your skin elasticity, your age, how wide your chest is, the position of breasts on your chest, and others. See a board certified plastic surgeon in your area for more specific answers and to understand what to expect.
The breasts will be smaller and ptotic. You may need a breast lift.
