“What is causing abnormal discharge?”
I am 21 year old female and I have been having yellow ear wax-like consistency discharge with acute lower backache and pelvic pain. It doesn't hurt to urinate nor does it feel itchy. I am not sexually active so I doubt it is any sexually transmitted disease. Do you think it could be something serious?

Your symptoms require examination by a gyn care giver. Suggest you go to a gyn clinic near you. They will do culture of the discharge and evaluate your pelvic organs.
