I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease and want to have a healthy diet. What are the best foods to eat with Crohn's disease?

There is no good answer to this. Evidence is lacking that any specific diet is better for Crohns disease. Your best bet is to eat healthy in general, avoid excessive sugar and processed foods. Most important is to make sure that what ever medicines you take to treat Crohns get you into complete deep remission.
