Iron supplements: iron drops or pills taken over several months to increase iron level in. the blood. Please, talk to a pediatrician before any regimen. Iron supplements can irritate the stomach. Eating a diet rich in iron can help to increase the iron. It is of great importance to talk to you pediatrician before stating anything because the etiology needs to be evaluated. Thank you.
Anemia has many causes and before any therapy can be undertaken, the exact cause must be found. Assuming it is an iron deficiency, and this can only be shown conclusively with a blood test for ferritin, then there is an iron solution that can be taken daily or 3 times per week ideally with meat or fish and avoid taking with dairy products or vegetables.
I am not a pediatrician but i think the first question is what is causing the anemia. I assume you are referring to an exercise schedule. Anemia leads to fatigue with exercise and she should slowly increase exercise until fatigued and then keep trying to minimally increase the amount of exercise.
Hello. Your question confuses me a bit. I am not sure what you are asking about schedules.

Certainly anemia is a condition that must be evaluated. By definition this is a situation where a patient has an abnormal (low amount) number of red blood cells. These cells carry oxygen to the body tissues. A person’s body has mechanisms which stimulate the bone marrow to produce these cells when necessary.

I am presuming that your daughter has been seen by a doctor who has diagnosed anemia. This condition can be serious. It is important that the doctor perform the tests that are necessary to diagnose the cause of the condition.

Generally anemia is caused by one’s body being unable to keep up with the demands for a normal red cell level. There may be manufacturing defects where the body cannot manufacture adequate numbers of red blood cells. The other condition that can cause anemia is when the body loses too much blood too rapidly. Illnesses that can cause this situation include abnormal hemolysis (breakdown) of red blood cells. Or the other condition that causes this situation is bleeding with a consequent loss of blood.

So it is important that your daughter’s doctor evaluate this condition and perform the necessary tests to diagnose the cause of the anemia, I urge you to discuss these issues with your daughter’s doctor.
