Basically they all have similar ingredients and properties. If your dentures are slightly loose you are best off using an adhesive powder (on a wet denture). If you need more hold, use a paste (on a dry denture). If you need lots of paste, either have your dentures relined or remade.

A well-fitting upper denture should not need adhesive except in extreme cases where there is minimal bone left. Your dentist should be able to reline your denture to make it fit better. Then adhesive would only be for reassurance, not a necessity. All that said I have seen more patients satisfied with "Secure" denture adhesive than any other brand.
Polident and efferdent seem to be the best sellers. Some like the gel, others like the adhesive patches. Like all people, different things work better for different people.
