Morning time is the best time for PSA Test.
PSA can be taken either in the morning or afternoon. However, men should restrain from sexual activity at least 48 hrs. before the test are done because will give transit elevation of the PSA levels. Also, make sure that you don’t exercise vigorously 48 hours before the test. Thank you.
