Initially rest, removal of stimulations (TV, cell phone) and working with a trustworthy physical therapist that is used to taking care of patient with concussions. No 2 concussions are alike. Activity should begin after a couple days depending on initial severity of symptoms
Rest and hydration. Limit bright lights.
There is a published concussion protocol which every athletic trainer has access to. I am a sports physician (ortho) but I am blessed to have another sports physician (pediatrics) that I work with who is an expert in concussion treatment.
Not an easy answer here as every concussion is different and may present with various issues. The best concussion treatment is prevention. But, after one does suffer a concussion I would recommend a consult with a local neurologist and Physical Therapist to design and implement an individualized treatment to address your specific issues.
