What is the best way to get rid of pain in my knee?

I have a lot of pain in my knee, mainly from working out. I work out almost every day, and so I know this pain is from that. Sometimes I take NSAIDs, other times I apply ice once or twice a day. Neither do much for me. Are there other ways to get rid of this pain?

This all depends on the cause of the pain. Weak or tight hip musculature can cause knee pain. A weak core can also contribute. Making sure to use very supportive shoes, as a flat foot and weak ankle can contribute as well. If you work out every day, making sure the anterior and posterior muscle chain of the lower extremity of very important as well. Know your pain, and make the adjustments to avoid the pain in your workouts. If the pain is from degenerative change, injections may help. Supplements such as turmeric, msm, chondroitin, ginger, hyaluronic acid, among others, taken long term may help.
Rest but if that's not an option see a sports Dr to get a diagnosis for treatment
Wear a knee brace and also get a steroid shot.
