A frozen shoulder is a combination of a pinched nerve in the neck reducing nerve flow to the different shoulder muscles. As a result, some shoulder muscles (the ones that make up the rotator cuff) don't work properly. The result is the shoulder does not move and irritates usually at the A-C joint. All the inflammation results in a frozen shoulder. You have to repair the pinched nerve and reset the muscles that were turned off. It takes several sessions. This is the fastest way.
Most chiropractors are trained and skilled in extremity adjusting. So, the best way to heal a frozen shoulder is to find a chiropractor who deals with shoulder injuries and have them manipulate your frozen shoulder and give you specific exercises to do at home. Many frozen shoulder injuries can be healed in a few weeks without surgery.

That is a little tricky. You need to break up the adhesions. Have to move it in ranges of motion, massage and ice. Look up range of motion on youtube or see a chiropractor. Massage deeply to get blood flow then ice 20 min. It may takes some time but doing nothing it may last 2-3 years. Or there is surgery although not always successful from response of patients.
Hello,

There is no fast way. A frozen shoulder does not occur overnight and recovery and treatment does not occur overnight either.

The fastest way is teaming up with different specialties (Chiropractor, Physical Therapist, MD/DO) that are familiar treating frozen shoulder
Would recommend seeing a physical therapist or an orthopedist.
Frozen shoulder will resolve on its own over time. The most important thing to do is to preserve as much mobility as you can.
Unfortunately frozen takes a long time to heal
If completely frozen you need to call a D.O and be put asleep and have it adjusted. Dr Viernow
I have worked successfully on many frozen shoulders. The amount of success depends on the cause of the condition, how long it has been there, how contentious the individual is with following advice, and type of previous treatment. I usually recommend a combination of dynamic range of motion and contrast therapy, which is ice followed by wet heat (wet towel, shower or jacuzzi). Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, and Massage are helpful.
