Tinnitus can be caused by multiple reasons depending on the age of the patient. An ENT doctor should see her and determine if she has any issues with her ear canal. If no physical reason is found then a neuro conduction cause most likely the cause, high dose b complex might help in this case but not guaranteed.
Tinnitus arises most commonly from middle ear inflammation. It can be a lingering problem after an ear infection or from allergies that affect our eustachian tubes and sinuses. Antihistamine can help. Anti-inflammatory drops can help. Daily over a few weeks. Ear physical therapy helps.
