i currently am feeling: burning pee, painful vagina, back pain, headaches, and a late period

Be sure you are not pregnant. The late period can be caused by other things. You need to be tested for urinary infection. pregnancy test. You need a pelvic exam by a gynecologist & sonogram. I would start there.
You should seek medical care to make sure you do not have a urinary tract infection or other issues needing a prescription or attention.
