I will have gallbladder surgery. What medications to avoid after gallbladder surgery?

The implication is that the GB (gallbladder) is involved in medication metabolism - it is not. The removal of GB does not require you to avoid any medications however if you are prescribed any by your surgeon post-op for pain control be sure that your surgeon is away to avoid any medication interaction.
Discuss with Anesthesia and Surgeon. It really depends on your genetics and the extent of Surgery performed.
