Each condition is vary from each patient not set standard set of point
You can apply pressure to your stomach using both hands (the whole hand) from up to down for 3-5 minutes. You can go longer if needed. The pain should gradually go down. For TCM to treat GI problems it could take up to 6 months to get this problem fixed using the modalities of acupuncture, herbs, and sometimes massage.
There are points all over the body for stomach pain. I encourage you to book a session with your practitioner of choice to get help with relief.
Stomach 34 is used for acute stomach pain.
There is no individual pressure point to relieve shoulder pain. Acupuncture is a holistic medicine that looks at the whole body, and any individual pain in relation to the whole picture. The pressure points unique to your stomach pain would be different than those for someone else - it would take an appointment with a provider to diagnose you specifically and give you a plan.
I don't. I evaluate the patient's whole system finding out where the imbalance(s) are that are causing the stomach pain. Then i press/needle/put a magnet on the points that would stimulate that blockage to move. Find a pro who as a master's degree level training in East Asian medicine. Otherwise, you aren't really trying this medicine.
There are several points that you can use to treat stomach pain. I recommend you visit your acupuncturist to learn which point or set of points are best for treating why you are feeling the pain.
Massage outside/lateral aspect of the lower legs because many effective stomach points are located there. Please try.
For stomach pain, you can pressure these points: Navel straight up 1 inch, 2 inches, 3 inches, 4 inches, 5 inches, 6 inches; 2 inches and 4 inches on both sides of the navel straight up 1, 2, 3, 4 inches, these points can press for stomach pain. You don't need to use all of them; suggest you choose 4 inches that points.
PC6 on the wrist can be used.
