What's wrong with me?

Tremors, gas, nausea, vertigo, thirsty, anxiety, heat exposure because of no a/c in the car.

I suggest increasing your water intake. Try some poweraid zero sugar if you have diabetes or Liquid IV drink powder. Keep the poweraid or Liquid IV to 1 to 2 a day, unless working out then you could go with 3. These have electrolytes and will help you feel better. However, you dont want to do too much electrolytes either. That is why I limit them. Your normal water intake should be 14 18 years 6488 ounces Men over 19 104 ounces Women over 19 72 ounces Pregnant women 80 ounces Or by weight Half your body weight in ounces For example if you weigh 200 lbs you would drink 100 ounces. If you are dehydrated it would help to increase that amount. If you have a hard time doing that. The poweraid, Liquid IV and gatoraid will help. Whichever you prefer. Generic brands work as well.
First thought is serious dehydration but an emergency room or outpatient clinic is best answer.
