What screen brightness is best for the eyes?

I work in the office. I want to know what screen brightness is best for the eyes?

Adjust the brightness level to what is comfortable for you personally. Blue light/AR glasses may help make things more comfortable. Also, incorporate frequent visual breaks while using the computer to minimize strain and fatigue.
That is a great question, and the answer really is what makes you comfortable. It=E2=80=99s ok if you are full brightness, but you should have blue protection in your glasses, or use non prescription blue blocking glasses, to protect your eyes. Brightness varies with devices, and if you work in a darkened room, it will seem relatively brightrer
