A quality sneaker with good heel and arch support, such as New Balance and similar running shoe companies, is always a good start. If your foot pronates, talk to the sales person to help you find a model specific for pronators. This will have the medial side of the heel higher than the lateral side, which can help correct a flat pronated foot. It’s like built in orthotics in your shoe. If your foot is rigidly flat, this will not help and you should see a specialist for possible work up and alternative treatments.

Most people with flat feet do not have any symptoms and therefore do not need any special shoes. You have to realize that if you wear orthotics or arch supports, that they will not fix your flat foot. However, if you have foot pain you may wish to consider a shoe with an arch support
Flat feet are common in the population and has been shown to give no serious long-term medical problems for the patient. However, it's best to try to keep your feet from getting worse. So, the easiest thing to do is to buy some "off the shelf" shoe inserts which provide good arch support. Here's my recommendation: Don't go barefoot or wear house slippers or flip flops. Buy shoes that have good arch support, even though they may be more expensive. Always have shoes with good support every time your feet hit the floor. Finally, get some arch supports from any big box store.

Hope it helps!!

There are some shoes with sole support. However, there are multiple types of flat foot. You need to see a foot and ankle surgeon.
Shoes with a good supinator - most good sneakers and good dress shoes have a supinator. Most flip flops don't.
So, there’s not necessarily a "one size fits all" in terms of shoe gear. Depending on your feet, you may need orthotics or anti-pronation shoes. You may want to see a doctor if you’re having pain.
Hope that helps.
Ideally any shoe that is wide enough to accommodate your forefoot and has an arch support with an elevated area on the inside of the mid-foot, often seen in running shoes.

I recommend that you buy the shoes with built-in arch supports. You can also buy inserts with arch supports at the sport stores such as Dick's.
Ones with really good arch support:

-Brooks
-ASICS
-Merrill
