What should I avoid eating after dental implants?

I am a 36 year old male. I will get dental implants next week. What should I avoid eating after dental implants?

Nothing. After a dental implant/crown is completed it is stronger than your natural tooth. That being said it is not indestructible. You can eat any kind of food that is normally eaten.
Every situation is different. For a single tooth, eat whatever you want, just avoid eating where the surgery occurred.
They will give you specific instructions at the time of surgery. In general, a softer diet and staying away from that area for several days.
Are you just getting the part of the implants that will remain in your bone and a healing cap will be placed over each implant? These implants will remain until your bone completely heals around and integrates within the implants. Follow your doctor's instructions about diet and home care. You will need special cleaning devices to clean around your implants once the entire implant is restored. You have been given home care instructions for your natural teeth. You should be flossing correctly and brushing correctly daily. Plaque forms every day and we remove it with flossing correctly daily and brushing correctly daily. You will take care of your new implants daily. You will have to get special cleaning devices to clean the plaque off your implants. Your implants can get gum disease if you do not take care of them. Just as plaque forms on your gum line and teeth of your natural teeth, plaque will form on your implant gum line and attack your bone. Please floss and brush your natural teeth and clean your implants. Anything cleaned and taken care of will last.
