I have eye strain. What should I avoid with eye strain?

My important question for you is, why do you believe that you have eyestrain?
Has this been determined by an eye doctor, and if not, maybe see an eye doctor to find out what the actual issue is? Is this a distance, close, or computer problem? What are your signs and symptoms? If things are out of focus or you are experiencing headaches, possibly a prescription for glasses or contact lenses may resolve the issue. But, there may be other underlying issues that may be affected by your age, your health, and medications that you are taking. I would strongly suggest that you see an eye doctor so that you can have all of your questions answered and you will have a proper medical/visual diagnosis. Good luck and best wishes.

Too much computer work for extensive period of time . Take frequent breaks , wear glasses if needed
Avoid those visual activities that seem associated with it.
