Take deep, slow breaths, seek professional help with a psychiatrist at a later time. In severe situations, you need to come to the ER.
You can do breathing and muscle relaxation techniques.
See a psychiatrist who can start you on an antidepressant.
1. Improve your posture,
2. Do some exercise
3. Take a nap
4. Relax
5. Change the environment
6. Have a snack
7. Reflect on the paper
8. Talk to a friend

If the above doesn't help, please seek professional help, should be seeing a Psychiatrist.
You should get professional help so you will diminish the possiblity of future anxiety attacks. Treatment works. You may benefit greatly by psychotherapy, medication of both.
